Individual therapy sessions (50 minutes) are a safe, secure, and non-judgmental space for you to show up exactly as you are. You can expect to process your past, explore your present, and plant seeds for your future. Together, we’ll figure out what’s keeping you stuck and collaborate on therapeutic goals to help you move forward. I’ll encourage you to get real with me and with yourself, using the space and our therapeutic relationship as a mirror of your life outside session. I work with individuals age 16-35.

Couples therapy sessions (90 minutes) are safe and neutral space for you and your partner to come together and explore your relationship – what’s strong and what could use some work. You can expect to practice expressing your feelings and needs and actively listening to your partner’s feelings and needs. You will gain strategies for building on your strengths and working on your roadblocks. I will offer non-judgmental, impartial guidance for each of you to take into your partnership. I work with Gen-Z and Millennial couples.
